Terms & conditions

Last updated: 12 April 2026

These terms govern your use of the lambo-diablo-1.bond website and your relationship with Pinnacle Reclaim Group Ltd. They do not, by themselves, create a client engagement. A client engagement only exists once a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.

1. About us

Pinnacle Reclaim Group Ltd ("PRG") is a company incorporated in England and Wales, registered at Companies House under company number 14628097. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. References in these terms to "we", "us" or "our" mean PRG.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our services, contact us about a possible case, and read our published material. You may not use it to upload malicious content, attempt to circumvent its security features, scrape its content commercially, or impersonate any other person when contacting us.

3. Information published on this website

The articles, service descriptions and process notes published on this website are general information. They are not legal, financial, or regulatory advice for any specific case. Recovery outcomes depend on facts unique to each matter. We do not warrant that any specific outcome can be achieved on the basis of website content alone.

4. The contact form

Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not an engagement. We will respond to substantive enquiries within one business day. We may decline to engage on any matter at our sole discretion, including matters we believe lack a realistic recovery route or fall outside our subject-matter competence. Declining is a deliberate professional act, not a refusal of service.

5. Engagement of services

If we both decide to proceed after the intake call, you will receive a written engagement letter setting out the scope, fees, payment schedule, confidentiality arrangements and termination rights for your specific matter. That document, signed by both parties, governs the engagement. These website terms continue to apply only to your continued use of the website itself.

6. Fees and refunds

Our fee structure is disclosed in your engagement letter before signature. You are not billed for any service until the engagement letter is countersigned. Refund treatment of any fee is governed by the return-and-refund policy and the specific terms of the engagement letter. Any general inquiries about pricing can be addressed at the intake call before any commitment is made.

7. Limitations of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our maximum aggregate liability to any user of this website who is not also a client under a signed engagement letter is limited to the greater of any sum reasonably foreseeable at the time of the enquiry or one hundred pounds sterling. Client engagement liabilities are governed by the engagement letter.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the written material, the layout, the graphic identity and the PRG name and marks, is owned by PRG or licensed to us. You are welcome to read it, share short quotations with attribution, or print a copy for personal reference. Wholesale republication or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

9. Third-party links

Where this site links to a third-party resource — for example a regulator's website — the link is provided as a convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the date of any change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
